CATERING INFORMATION:

We will do our very best in catering your function and promise to keep prices reasonable!

We will need the following information from you:  Date of the function, Type of function, Number of people, Time of Arrival, Time to serve meal.  It is very important that the "time to serve the meal" is precise.  If your dinner is served 1/2 hour later than planned, an additional labor charge of $40.00 per hour will be added to the final bill.  Half the total food bill be required two weeks before the date of the function or at time of ordering.

Items you would be allowed to bring into the VFW are:  nuts, mints, chips, pretzels, and cakes.  We do NOT provide serving bowls for these items.

If you function is a Wedding Reception and you will be providing your guests with food, we provide the following:  all Table Coverings, Skirted Head Table, Cake Table, and Food Tables (white only), Dinner Napkins, Plates for Cake, Cups for Punch and Coffee.  All other functions with food, we will provide:  Table Coverings and Dinner Napkins.

Complimentary Champagne will be provided for Head Table at Weddings, when food is purchased.

No buffet dinners served to less than 50 people (unless arrangements are made with Kitchen Manager)

Choose one item from each of the following:

  • MEAT:  Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey or Roast Pork
  • VEGETABLES:  Corn, Carrots, Green Beans, Mixed Vegetables, Peas & Carrots, or Baked Beans
  • POTATOES & SALADS:  Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Au Gratin, Scalloped, Potato Salad, Parsley Potatoes, Rice (Pilaf or Garden Blend), Cole Slaw, Pasta Salad, Macaroni Salad, or Fruit Salad

All Buffet Dinners include:  dinner rolls, butter, and coffee.
Punch served with Weddings.

Additional info:  Kegs of Beer are $225.00 - MGD, Miller Lite, Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob, Michelob Light.  Beer $3.00 and up.  N/A Beer is available.  Drinks are $3.25 rail drinks and up.  Champagne is $12.00/bottle.  N/A Champagne is available.  Pop is $1.25/glass.

Gratuity for the Bartender is NOT included.

Please call 3 weeks in advance of your function date and make an appointment with our Kitchen Manager Carol, 651-464-6827(w) or 651-464-2497(h), to go over your Menu and finalize your pans..

It's also important at this time to make sure all Hall and Bar arrangements are verified.

Kitchen and Bar Services must be "paid in full" at the conclusion of your Dinner.  Additional Kegs or Champagne can still be purchased if you want them.
